During the final year of masters education, we were required to create a 'proto-practice' as a group of peers. Common place was set up as a community focused practice, looking to help locals in acquiring land to develop specifically for the requirements of the area and to not allow large developers from taking over their area.
This is our business design proposal. To show how our practice operated as a business, from the size of our business to how we would go about winning work. We produced fee scales, business development plans and more to be able to understand how we would succeed as a business.
